Project Description: This project is a new 14,324 SF tilt-up concrete equipment dealership and service center that includes sales and administrative spaces, a parts warehouse, staff support spaces and an equipment service shop.  Full site work package to include demolition of existing building and parking lots, new parking, equipment display pads, dumpster enclosure, accessory storage, washing area, new sidewalks, new site signage, fencing, site lighting and site utilities.
