Project includes site and building work for a new Stripes convenience store similar to the ones we're building in Houston & Laredo, TX. Site has dirt work, concrete walks & paving, dumpster enclosure. Newbuilding is CMU and structural steel covered with Nichiha, corrugated metal panels, glass storefront, doors, aluminum canopies, duro-last roofing on steel bar joists & deck. Inside has floor & wall tile, wallcovering, FRP, sealed & polished concrete floors. Fuel canopy has concrete pad, footings and bollards. Fueling equipment install included.
