Project Description:

New construction of 115 key Element Hotel Sugarloaf by Marriott in Duluth, GA.  2.28 AC site with 78,811 SF 5-story hotel.  Construction Type III A – Sprinklered.  Building a new hotel on the current vacant site.  Rework paving, grading, landscape, and utilities to support new on-site facilities.
