Construction Start Date: Mid-July 2024
The bid package includes the Building Construction of a
Dick's Sporting Goods (44,000 SF) & Golf Galaxy (16,000 SF). 

 PRICING IS REQUESTED BACK ASAP BUT NO LATER THAN:
