Stonebridge Clubhouse Rome, GA Renovation

This project calls for the Renovation/Remodel/Repair of an existing 9,300 (5,300 basement, 4,000 main floor) SF Clubhouse. It will consist of 3 phases, interior work only at the basement level, and small exterior work on the building. Scope includes interior demolition, concrete, metal beams and shoring, metal railings, wood framing, timber columns, roofing, insulation, siding, flashing, drywall, and minor electrical work.
