Little River Park Office Building Woodstock, GA

This project calls for renovating the office building at Little River Park located at 3193 Trickum Road, Woodstock, GA 30188. This renovation of the existing 1,191 SF Building is to serve as the administration building for the park. The scope of this project includes adding a wood deck around the building and lighting renovation of an existing crawlspace to be used as equipment storage. The renovation includes but is not limited to demolition, roofing, windows, restrooms, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
