Work for this project includes, but not limited to: Renovation of existing jail facility as well as additional new construction for the expansion of this local adult detention facility. The site and existing jail facility will be occupied during the construction activities. Parts of the project will be funded through the available American Recovery Plan Act funds and will be managed by the to accommodate all IAC / ARPA requirements including certified payroll. This is a strict and absolute requirement of this project. The project is organized in four separate bid items to facilitate financial management of the project for the Owner and the Design Team. All Pay Requests and other financial components will be organized into four (4) separate project Bid Item components with a complete Division breakdown for each evaluation.
