This project involves the construction of a new one-story ground up 1920 square foot Captain, D’S Restaurant at 419 E Okmulgee, Muskogee, OK 74401. The total site area will be 0.743 acres. This project is projected to start in 2024 and will be a 120-day project schedule.

Note: Bid only Building 5’ outside building Pad ready include 4” stone under pad including dumpsters area and grease trap.

Civil Drawing and exterior utilities will be coming later to quote.

The exterior of the building includes new finishes, concrete footers block foundation stem wall, wood framing/metal stud framing where called out on plans, exterior steel , dumpster area separate from building. New finishes include EFIS, trim/siding, Metal Paneling, aluminum flashing/coping, exterior concrete walks, DURO-LAST membrane roofing on rigid insulation note Awnings are by owner.

The interior of the building includes for walls-plywood on Duro Rock, Drywall interior walls where called out and ceiling, FRP, toilet fixtures & accessories, tile, acoustical ceiling, painting, storefront, Flooring Silikal, Res-tex,
