We are a general contractor bidding on a 45,044 sf tenant improvement for a local retailer. The sitework includes demo, concrete, utilities, and striping. The existing building has interior demo, freezers and cooler concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, flooring, walls, and ceiling. Elevations include new sliding glass doors and some exterior painting. All MEPs, refrigeration, and fire protection trades are involved.
