Scope of Work:

The project consists of roughly 84,000 sf of new construction and 5 stories above grade. Work includes but is not limited to Excavation, Utilities, Paving, Landscape/Irrigation, Site Furnishings, Cast-in-Place concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Waterproofing/Caulking, TPO roofing, Doors/Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Pool, Elevators, Fire Sprinkler, HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical.

Bids must be good for 90 days. 

RFI Questions due on Tuesday, September 17th. We will issue bid clarifications prior to the bid date.
