This project is a remodel of an existing 3,028 sq ft Krispy Kreme. A new 750 sq ft addition is being added to the backside of the shop. This project will be phased with nightwork for some trades. Trades include, but are not limited to: Temp Wall, Demo, Concrete Cutting, Cast in Place Concrete, Polished Concrete, CMU, Brick Masonry, Structural Steel, Stainless Steel, Rough Carpentry, FRP, Insulation, Membrane Roofing, Metal Coping, Wall Panels, Joint Sealants, Storefront, HM Door, Epoxy, Tile, Wall Coverings, Gyp, Painting, ACT, RR Accessories, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Concrete Paving, Curb & Gutters, Sidewalk, Striping and Signage, Planting, Sanitary Sewer Utilities.
