Fun Zone Arcade Cielo Vista Mall El Paso, TX

This project is a 4, 215 SF interior finish out for a new Fun Zone Arcade at Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, TX. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to begin October 28th, pending permit. We are taking over the closed Johnny Rockets Restaurant and Luxury Spa Nail Salon spaces on the 2nd floor and combining them into one space. There is extensive plumbing demolition and there will be work in occupied spaces at night below our lease space to demo and cap plumbing. Trade scope letters are posted with scope information for bidding. They are posted in the Scope Letter folder with the plans. We will also be coring in new floor outlets. That will require night work for coring and electrical. There is patching of plumbing cores and floor sinks as well. Trades include: Interior Demo, Concrete Coring, Concrete Patching, Cor Plugs for slab patching, Structural Steel, Finish Carpentry, Roofing, Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Carpet Labor, Painting, Drywall Finishing, Wall Texture Patching, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
