Swine and Poultry Structures Repairs Southern University Baton Rouge, LA

This project consists of repairs at multiple Swine and Poultry structures totaling approximately 22,000 s.f. at the Southern University Agricultural Center in 
Baton Rouge. The swine buildings are pre-engineered steel, and the poultry buildings are wood frame and masonry construction. Renovations to the 
exteriors of all buildings are necessary. Renovations to the existing sidewalks surrounding the buildings are needed as well as adding new sidewalks/ADA 
compliant parking spaces. Hazardous materials mitigation shall occur prior to any other demolition or construction work - refer to report in drawing set. 
TIMELINE/PHASING: Poultry Buildings shall be completed prior to December 31, 2024 with partial occupancy granted to all Poultry buildings by 
this date. The remaining (2) Swine buildings shall be completed by the COMPLETION TIME in the Instructions to Bidders.
