Another contractor will be completing the civil/sitework Trades include, but are not limited to: concrete, structural steel, metal decking, cold-formed metal framing, stainless steel, wall blocking/sheathing, casework, insulation, membrane roofing, sealants, doors & frames, storefront, gyp board, tile, FRP, paint, resilient base, restroom accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm. Signage and car wash equipment to be furnished by owner.
