This is a F85FB prototype, Pad Ready site, No dewatering, Clean fill TBD, Estimated March 2025 pad turnover with a May 2025 GC start period. 200 calendar days, November opening.

Stacked 8, 4 tanks, shoring to remain in place along canopy. Portion of tank slab to be ADA compliant, there is a crosswalk incorporate into the tank slab, PC scope. There will be a Trench drain along canopy, by PC, border needs to be concrete, not asphalt. 

No stamped concrete or seating going forward on Wawa's.  GC to provide primary conduit per DOW sheet. Scope to Include dishwasher plumbing and electrical, bulletin is included.
