Coastal Alabama Community College Minette, AL New Baseball Softball Fieldhouse

Construction of a new 11,306 GSF Baseball/Softball Locker Rooms and Indoor Batting Cages. Generally, the foundations and floor slab will be poured in place concrete. The exterior walls and roof will be a pre-manufactured metal building as well as CMU walls with a brick/split face CMU wainscoting. Interior walls will be painted CMU. The floor finishes include sealed concrete, poured epoxy, LVT resilient tile, and synthetic turf. Finished ceilings will be either suspended acoustical ceiling tiles, vinyl clad lay-in acoustical ceiling tiles or exposed vinyl insulation. The project will also include the removal of existing tennis courts and basketball courts, grading, stormwater treatment, landscaping, and installation of 2 new septic pump systems.
