Work of the Contract consists of a new multi-story 143,100 SF facility and some demolition and renovation of existing facility. The building is made up of masonry, EIFS, TPO roofing, metal doors, windows, site work, plumbing, electrical, and appurtenances described in the drawings and the specifications. The project has some LEED requirements as noted in the front end specifications. RFI's are due by 11/6/24 with bids due 11/19/24.
