This project consists of a 12.5 acre site and 70,000 SF of retail development including a Sprouts Grocery Store. The scope includes the following: demolition, abatement, earthwork, enviornmental remediation, asphalt paving, hardscapes, landscape, fencing, poured-in-place concrete SOG, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, stainless steel, rough carpentry, millwork, canopies, roofing, insulation, wall panels, caulk/seal, EIFS, install hollow metal and finish hardware, storefront, glass/glazing, framing and drywall systems, ACT, epoxy flooring, ceramic and quarry tile, painting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems.
