Savannah State University Physical Plant Building

RW Allen Construction invites you to bid on the GMP for the construction of the new Savannah State University Physical Plant Building.  The project consists of a new, approximately 12,400 SF physical plant building on the SSU Thunderbolt Campus (Main).  Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: sitework, site utilities, erosion control, excavation, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, markings, site signage, landscaping, concrete foundations, slab on grade, CMU masonry, brick masonry, cast stone masonry, PEMB steel erection (PEMB Purchase Order under separate ITB), ladders, railings, decorative metals, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, insulation, unistrut sub ceiling, air barriers, joint sealants, HMF and HMD, wood doors, overhead coiling doors, access doors, storefront, gypsum assemblies, tile, ACT, resilient flooring, carpet, epoxy flooring, painting, signage, toilet compartments, toilet accessories, FECs, canopies, loading dock equipment, window treatments, casework, countertops, fire protection, plumbing, natural gas piping, HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire alarm, and low voltage.

Requests for Information will be accepted through November 26th at close of business.  Please include a mockup in your proposal according to spec section 014339.
