Special Notes:

• Building: This will be a 2-story building; Each floor is 4,700 SF

• Site: Please know we will be working around an existing facility; Please be mindful of this. Please let us know if you have had a chance to visit the site.

• General: 1) Please clarify long lead times, substitutions or general construction schedule concerns you have with us. This can help us plan and develop our schedule when communicating with the owner’s rep and team. 2) Please make sure to review all documents included within your plan folder, there is pertinent information in all documents.
