Finished Carpentry: wall mount shelving, install owner furnished items & fixtures, F&I desks and millwork

Door/Frame/Hardware: quote needed – 6 new doors

Flooring: floor prep, LVT, carpet, non-stick & various bases, sealed concrete, tile backsplash

Paint: Interior, wall covering, open deck & floor striping

Plumbing : water, sewer & vent tie-in’s, mop sink, drinking fountain, water heater, selective demo and F&I fixtures

Sprinkler: modify existing system

HVAC: selective demo, service existing 2 RTU’s, GRD’s, new ductwork, volume damper
