Walmart 3693-234 Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

This is a negotiated project to remodel and add a 4,433 SF expansion to the Walmart Supercenter #3693 in Santa Isabela, Puerto Rico.
Please submit all bids and RFI's to estimating@fmgi-inc.com.
This project has a 26-week construction duration for the remodel. WE ARE TO START WORKING ON THE EXPANSION ON 04/27/2025, TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE REMODEL START DATE.
All remodel work is to be performed at night after the close of normal business hours.  (Sundays 9 pm - Fridays 7 am).

**If you are awarded, please be prepared to submit your project-specific COI, WV form, and labor rates to begin your contract.**
