Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: The work includes repairs, renovations, and restoration of doors, reroofing, and building envelope. Restoration of interior finishes and reconfiguration of existing spaces to meet the city’s needs. Renovations include updates to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as modifications to meet ADA compliance.
