This project involves constructing a new corporate aircraft suitable for storage hangars, including associated site work improvements. The proposed prefabricated metal building consists of a large hangar bay with a restroom and a lean-to structure shell for future office space. The site work generally consists of minor grading, bituminous pavement construction, bituminous pavement overlay and transitions, pavement marking, utility connections, site restoration, and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures. We need a base bid and an alternate: Base Bid - The base bid consists of an 80-foot deep by 84-foot wide by 30-foot tall hangar bay with an 80-foot deep by 30-foot wide by 14-foot tall lean-to structure. Alternate Bid - The alternate bid consists of a 90-foot deep by 130-foot wide by 30-foot tall hangar bay with an 80-foot deep by 30-foot wide by 14-foot tall lean-to structure.
