RFI Response & Revised Plans

Attached and below are answers to RFIs that we had out to ownership + revised floor plans and building sections. 

Civil 

1. Please confirm that the dumpster pad and apron are to be Asphalt as drawn? Typically, this area is concrete.

- Confirmed that the dumpster pad should be concrete as indicated on A5.0.

2. Please provide a section for the sidewalks.

- Provided by Civil.

Architectural/Structural 

1. Please send details for how the rear stairs to the mezzanine.

- See stair details provided on sheet A3.1.

2. Please confirm Window tag 1 is correct on sheet A1.0 between line A and B. What is shown on the floor plans does not match the window schedule.

- Window tags on the floor plan corrected. Window layout on 1.0 should match elevations on A3.0 and A1.6 now.

3. Please confirm Window tag 1 is correct on sheet A1.0 between line D.1 and E on line 9.1. What is shown on the floor plans does not match the window schedule.

- Window tags on the floor plan corrected. Window layout on 1.0 should match elevations on A3.0 and A1.6 now.

4. Please provide details for the window located in room 124 “Imaging”.

- Provide a fixed, clear, insulated window in a steel or aluminum

frame at 1’-8” wide and 4’-0” tall mounted 3’-0” AFF.
