This project calls for the Demolition, Renovation/Remodel/Repair of a 6,800.00 SF Community Center, Recreation Center. In general, the work consists of a new metal roof system to replace the existing and damaged metal roof on the building. Work involves replacement of Fascia’s; soffits; gutters and downspouts; and a new exposed trussed addition at the front entry. Work also includes an alternate to provide for exterior painting of the brick and stucco
