This project consists of demolition and new construction of a 1 story, approximately 24,000 SF practice gym, two 2-story concession buildings at 4,350 SF and 3,700 SF . As well as new construction of an approximately 7,200 SF field house, and remodeling of a locker room. This project also includes a new bus parking lot.
