Provides the infrastructure and support spaces for the installation of the Modular Clean Room and code compliant pharmacy. The modular clean room will be contracted directly with the Cleveland Clinic and this cost is not to be included in your bid. This project combines the architectural lead of Bostwick, QleanAir of Scandinavia, and SSR. The contractor is responsible to reference each set of drawings to establish a complete scope of work. Bostwick led the architectural and Engineering for the Pharmacy spaces needed install the Modual system and the other space changes needed to make the pharmacy suite functional. QleanAir has provided vendor drawings to help with integration. SSR has designed the Pharm. AHU and the associated mechanical room. Please ensure that you are referencing each set and that you pay close attention to the responsibility matrix associated with the modular system.
