This project consists of: ground up construction of a 2,691 SF Raising Cane's restaurant located at 920 Buford Hwy. Cumming, GA 30041. There is an existing 7250 SF Restaurant building, Site improvements & Site Utilities that will need to be demolished. Scope to include, but is not limited to: asphalt paving, concrete, concrete cutting, masonry, structural steel fab/erection, lumber, rough carpentry, insulation, EIFS/stucco, roofing, storefront, drywall, acoustical ceiling, rubber flooring, tile, painting, furniture install, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, earthwork, striping, Site Utilities and building/site demo. Bids are due 4/11/25.
