Triton Construction Group would like to invite you to bid on a new Wawa convenience store located at 5431 Capital Circle SW Tallahassee, Fl 32305.

This is a 4 tank layout
Long entry drive by GC
There will be alternates to protect the paving on the south drive way entrance
Additional concrete at tank slab will be by PC
A lot of site sidewalks, to by picked up by site contractor or concrete sub
Handrail at the sidewalk at south end of project
Trench drains need concrete collar on both sides
Sleeving at all driveway crossings
Some pond restoration will be required around MES
An Arborist mitigation will be required for tree protection (Sheet TR 1.0)!
We will be using Brick on exterior in lieu of stone.
