ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS South Woods Elementary School Classroom Expansion ITB2024-024 Sealed bids will be received by the St. Johns County School Board for the construction of South Woods Elementary School Classroom Expansion located in the south portion of St. Johns County, Florida. Work includes General, Site, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Construction. All bids (to include an original and one copy) must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside “South Woods Elementary School Classroom Expansion, ITB2024-024”. Bids will be received in the office of the St. Johns County School District, Facilities and Operations Office, 3740 International Golf Parkway, Suite 200, (adjacent to Mill Creek Academy) St. Augustine, Florida 32092 until 1:00pm prevailing local time, Monday, August 26, 2024. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. The bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud. The successful bidder must be pre-qualified with St. Johns County School District before the award of any contract. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 1:00 PM at South Woods Elementary School, 4750 State Road 206 West, Elkton, FL 32033. This will be the only site visit for this project. All notices relative to this bid, including but not limited to initial release, addenda, letters of intent and awards will be posted on DemandStar, www.demandstar.com Full sets of drawings and specifications may be obtained from LDI Reproprinting Centers at http://www.ldiline.com Printed copies are available for a non-refundable fee of $595 per set, or can be downloaded from the website for $250 per set. Shipping will be at the bidder’s expense. All plan holders must maintain registered plan holder status through LDI Reproprinting Centers. Only registered plan holders will receive addenda or other official notifications by email.
