This project consists of a 137-key, 81,858 square foot 4-Story hotel. Structure is comprised of cold-formed structural steel framing with hollow core floors. The facility will include lobby/lounge areas, administration area, breakfast area, fitness center, pantry, guest rooms, guest services, back of the house & utility areas as part of the hotel.
