The site consists of demo and grading, construction of a retention pond, erosion and sediment control, concrete & asphalt paving, curbs, striping & landscaping. There are (2) buildings on the site. The terminal building is steel framed with standing seam sheet metal walls and roof, EIFS, glass storefront, overhead coiling doors and man doors. The maintenance building is a pre-engineered metal building with CMU walls and standing seam sheet metal exterior & roof. All MEPs and fire protection is involved.
