Jaguar Marching Band Building University of South Alabama

Project Description: The USA Marching Band project includes the demolition of the exterior façade, roof, and interior of an existing 20,000 sf pre-engineered metal building. The building frame will be used to support the new roof and exterior masonry and glass façade. There will be a 7,000-sf structural steel addition on the north side of the building for rehearsal space and a fire sprinkler closet. The project also includes unground utilities, parking lot modifications, site retaining walls, and a full-size grass football field used by the marching band. Millwork - including all cabinets & countertops - is supplied and installed by the Owner. Interior Building Signage is supplied by the Owner and installed by the Contractor.
