Jefferson County Admin Building Renovations Louisville, GA

Thsi project is for the renovation of 29,000sqft of the existing school building to accomodate the admin facilities and offices. The bid date for this project is September 19th at 3pm and there will be a pre-bid site visit on September 5th at 10am. The pre-bid will meet at the school located at 1200 School Road, Louisville, GA.

The project scope includes sitework to accomodate a new entrance including demo, paving, sidewalks, and erosion control measures. The building renovation will be completed in four phases that will run back to back. Scopes of work for the renovations include interior demo, roof demo, new foundations and slabs for entrances and canopies, new TPO roofing, new ACM panel exterior, aluminum storefront, HM doors and frames, metal stud framing and drywall, ACT and gyp ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile, LVT, and epoxy flooring, custom cabinetry and countertops, interior painting, signage and directories, toilet accessories and partitions, flagpole, new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work
