Steel: W8x15 joist reinforcements for new CT equipment

Drywall: Framed & furred walls, blocking, Lead lined drywall, corner guards

Acoustical: new 2x2 ceiling & grid

Finished Carpentry: see A-5.0 millwork, tops & trim

Roofing: flash mechanical penetrations/condensing unit

Door/Frame/Hardware: some lead lined

Glass/Glazing: lead lined glass window & frame, remove existing window to get CT unit inside

Flooring: LVT, carpet to match existing rubber base

Paint: Interior

Plumbing: 2 tankless water heaters, F & I fixtures, waste & vent tie-ins, 1” condensate (see P-1)

Sprinkler: relocate existing heads, re work existing system

HVAC: demo, New HVAC units, GRD, T&B (see M-1) outside air duct

Electrical: demo, light fixtures, power distribution, new panel, equip., LV connections

Fire Alarm: re work existing

Final Clean
