The project scope is: Complete site work improvements (1.59 ac) to include site grading, utilities, pit excavation, curb, asphalt & concrete paving, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans. Geotechnical report, and specifications within documents (sheets SP1 to SP7). New wood bearing building with wood trusses with CIP Wall basement (3,052 on grade + 890 below grade = 3,942 total sq. ft.). Exteriors include brick & EIFS finishes.
