HVAC and Electrical Component Repair and Replacement Baton Rouge, LA

Description

Contractor shall provide for the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC 
equipment serving the emergency operations center at the Charles Coates Hall building, 
Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  All as per the Drawings and these 
Specifications dated May 10, 2024. 
 
Also included in the scope of work is the high voltage modifications and the emergency 
power all as per the Drawings and these Specifications.
