Renovation of a single-story building into a Bass Pro Shops outdoor world retail store. Functions in the store include retail sales of outdoor-related items (main function) with related stock room areas, a boat sales floor, a boat service center, an archery range (to test products), gun sales, an indoor aquarium feature, and various back of house spaces to serve the store. The building will comprise a non-combustible structure (steel main frame, concrete panel walls, and metal stud wall construction). Finishes on the building will convey a lodge-type appearance with various wood siding finishes, stone bases and wainscotings, fireplace and chimney, and Hartford green standing seam roof.
