The project consists of an interior demo and renovation to convert the building; with that said, you will need to attend the prebid to confirm the scope and bid accurately. Would you please email Brandon to verify that your company will be present.
Brief Project Description: Remodel of an existing space. Demolition of ceiling, lighting, power/ data, restrooms and portion of exterior canopy. Construction of new partitions, ceiling, lighting, power/data, doors, finishes, ductwork distribution, and accessible restrooms. Exterior modifications to include new EIFS veneer at entry, storefront, exterior doors, paint, and trash dumpster enclosure.
