This project has already been awarded to T.D. Farrell Construction. This project consists of the renovation and expansion of an existing building for a new 44,000SF Academy Sports store in Rome, GA.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited t o: Cleaning, demolition, fences & gates, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel & erection, misc. metals, masonry, waterproofing, building insulation, foam insulation, EIFS, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, joint sealers & caulking, storefront, framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, toilet partitions & accessories, wall & corner guards, fire extinguishers, awnings & canopies, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
