This project is bidding as a package with Food Lion #0203

Store 2214, Harrisburg, NC…The A1.05 says “Existing poured Epoxy”. That is not correct. The existing floor is a textured tile floor. 

Disregard line item #18 under “Sales Area” in the Bid Notes: 

18. General Contractor must contact and use Rick Ling (Ph # 336-918-2231 or email: (rling@newlifetilecleaner.com) with New Life Tile for the cleaning and sealing of the Walk-in Beer Cooler existing epoxy floor. 

Add to Bid for Flooring Contractor in the Beer Cave:

• Remove textured tile floor.

• Grind concrete floor to remove adhesive and prep floor for Resinous coating.

Apply Resinous topping to concrete floor using the following specifications: R1 #FL106 “Grey”. See “Finish Schedule Notes” line item #10 on Drawing A6.01 for purchasing informationConcord, NC.
