Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,542-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility. Scope includes, not limited to precast concrete roof planks, pre-engineered light gauge steel trusses, site development, landscape and irrigation, concrete, polished concrete, miscellaneous metals, pre-engineered light gauge steel trusses, cabinetry, roofing, joint sealants, waterproofing, doors and hardware, glass and glazing, overhead doors, stucco, acoustical ceiling tile, drywall, ceramic tile, painting, miscellaneous specialties, plumbing, compressed air piping, mechanical and electrical with low voltage system on about 1 acre. *All questions must be directed to the general contractor bidder.
