This is the ground-up construction for a new Dutch Bros Coffee consisting of a 950 sq. ft. building in Warner Robins, GA. The scopes include but are not limited to: Demolition, Erosion Control, Earthwork, Trench Drains, Domestic Water, Sanitary Sewer, Asphalt Pavement, Striping, Curbing, Landscaping, Concrete, Steel, Engineered Wood Trusses, Wood Framing, Roofing, Metal Roofing/Fascia Panels, EIFS, Nichiha Panels, Storefront, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Drywall & Framing, Acoustical Ceiling, FRP Panels, Hard Tile, Painting, Canopies, Restroom Accessories, Refrigeration, MEP'S.

Anticipated Dates:

-         All Permits projected for December 2024

-         Projected Construction Start Date: January of 2025.
