We would like to inform you that the bid due date for the Apex Garage Condos, located in Sebring Florida on 8140 Cozumiel Lane, has been extended to 12/13. We understand the bid due date conflicted with holiday schedules and appreciate your hard efforts to get us your bid. The Apex Garage Condos project consists of a ground up new construction project that consists of 6 total town home buildings. Each building is inclusive of 4 units. Each unit has 3 floors. The first floor is a garage space, for drivers to work on their vehicles, the second floor is a luxury living space, and the third floor is an outdoor party deck! Attached are a full set of drawings from A drawings, to S drawings, to MEP/F.A/F.S, and lastly to civils. We are going in for permit and expect to receive permit sometime at the end of the year.
