PTFM Moose Café Colfax, NC Restaurant Renovation

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:  Renovation of the existing 7,100 sq ft restaurant located within the Piedmont Triad Farmer's Market campus. The restaurant operator has vacated the facility, and operations will shut down for the complete duration of the renovation. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the following.

1. Replacement of the Metal Roof, Windows, Doors, Exterior Siding with some Exterior Brick work, Interior Wall Coverings, and Insulation.
2. Minor structural modifications including a small addition to accommodate mechanical equipment, roof modifications to accommodate exhaust fans; relocating sheer wall, interior walls, and slab work with selective demo.
3. Removal and replacement of restrooms.
4. Total replacement of HVAC Systems and associated components.
5. Complete Kitchen renovation including mechanical systems for a new hood and slab work for new walk-in freezers.
6. Code compliance for all Wiring, Plumbing, and a complete replacement of the Fire Protection systems.
7. Site Grading, ADA compliance, Asphalt replacement in parking lot, and backflow.
8. Landscape modifications, tree removal, and new plantings for vegetative screens. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
